At GREER VINEY GROUP we believe that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
We have especially enjoyed the continued contact with past clients that has developed since we have begun offering Palm Springs Vacation Rentals. Many of our clients who purchased Palm Springs Properties in the past are now offering their homes as Palm Springs Vacation Rentals.
We are a small boutique agency and we have always resisted the urge to become overly large, mostly limiting our services to Palm Springs Real Estate. We've recently fallen in love with the views from the high desert and have begun adding many new listings of real estate in Desert Hot Springs.
In addition to Robert Greer and David Viney, both experienced brokers, we employ only a small group of select agents. We expect our sales people to handle their transactions with the utmost care and diligence. Our agents don't rely on transaction coordinators.....we believe that agents need to responsibly handle all of their own paperwork and we emphasize a "hands-on" approach for each and every transaction.
